Out of respect for your service provider, we kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 24 business hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reservation to another guest.
Our business hours are:
• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: Closed
We are unable to accept cancellations or changes on Sundays or outside of business hours.
Appointment Confirmations:
We send confirmation requests several days before your scheduled appointment. To secure your spot, all appointments must be confirmed via phone, text, or email at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, we require a completed intake form, which is sent to you upon booking. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation after the 24-hour window.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee:
We understand that life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable. However, to respect our team’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly:
• A late cancellation (less than 24 business hours’ notice) or a no-show will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• This charge is a no-show fee, not a service fee, and is required before rebooking.
• Repeat offenders may be required to place a deposit for future bookings and will be restricted to online booking only.

All pricing is subject to change. Listed prices are “starting” at and will be finalized upon consultation. Due to each service being custom to the guest and costs of products varying, we cannot give a final price until a formal consultation with your provider is completed. If you have any questions of pricing before or during your service, please do not hesitate to ask.
Due to the relaxing nature of the LoneStar Salon & Spa experience, we respectfully request children & visitors be brought to the salon only when they are receiving a service.

At LoneStar Salon & Spa, we take great pride in our work and want you to love your results. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we are happy to offer an adjustment at no charge. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment and will be performed by the same service provider.
Complimentary adjustments are designed to refine or correct the original service and do not include significant changes or full service redos. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns, and we will do our best to find a solution that meets your expectations.
We want you to love everything you take home from LoneStar! If something isn’t working out, we’re happy to help.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most full-priced retail items within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in gently used or unused condition, with proof of purchase.
All hot tools, boutique items, and sale/clearance items are final sale.
Returns must be made to the same LoneStar location where the item was purchased.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if unavailable.
Gifted items may be exchanged for store credit with a receipt.

At LoneStar Salon & Spa, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, we’re happy to make it right with a complimentary adjustment.
Adjustments are intended to refine or correct the original service, not to make dramatic changes or start over. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment, and we’ll schedule your adjustment with the same service provider.
While we do not offer refunds for services, we are fully committed to finding a solution that leaves you feeling confident and cared for.

We realize that you may need to switch to a different service provider based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house provider. Our team is very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our providers have equal access to this information.
And, don’t forget, we have our own in-house associate program. Therefore, many of our stylists have received their training from our own senior stylists. In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.
